Remote, contract
Full mineral title work. Remote. Contract. If you can run full mineral title from start to finish on your own — no hand-holding required — this is your kind of work.
These are remote, contract opportunities with steady project flow: no ramp-up, no busywork, just title work that matters.
Must haves
- 5+ years of full mineral title experience, start to finish
- Proficiency with: BLM title, State title, ORRI
- Strong computer/Excel skills
- Ability to contract as a business entity and meet Dudley's standard contractor guidelines
- AAPL membership and references, or willing to obtain
Nice to haves
- Prior title review, team lead, or crew chief experience: you know how to run full mineral title independently, which matters since these opportunities are remote
- Comfortable working complex title situations in the Permian Basin
- Experience working counties throughout both West Texas and New Mexico
