ABOUT THIS ROLEThe Regional Manager, Field Operations plays a critical, high-impact leadership role within the LVT's Field Service Team. This role is uniquely tasked with establishing, opening, and leading a new regional field operations service hub. The successful candidate will wear multiple hats: assuming standard field operation and local service center leadership responsibilities, optimizing regional transport operations, creating and managing a local service parts footprint and localized vehicle van-stock logistics, and executing day-to-day branch office management.
In this role, you will be the on-the-ground anchor responsible for effectively managing, scaling, and optimizing our localized field technician workforce, local service center, and regional supply chain footprint, while ensuring the seamless transport, setup, service, and repair of our Mobile Surveillance Units (MSUs) throughout the designated territory .
*This position requires registering with the state of California/applicable local jurisdictions for necessary alarm agent, low-voltage operator licensing (C7), and branch office management. This process includes a federal background check/fingerprinting and an application, separate from the general employment background check and drug test completed at the Company.
