Required Qualifications
✔ 5+ years of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) experience in a manufacturing environment
✔ Food and beverage manufacturing EHS experience required
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ OSHA 1910 expertise
⭐ Experience supporting food production or processing facilities
⭐ Experience with environmental compliance programs and reporting
⭐ CSP, ASP, CHST, or other BCSP credential
⭐ Experience working within corporate EHS management systems
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee daily environmental, health, and safety activities within the manufacturing facility
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company EHS requirements
- Conduct facility inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation
- Manage EHS documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Support environmental compliance programs and reporting requirements
- Deliver employee safety training and awareness initiatives
- Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to proactively identify and mitigate hazards
- Monitor safety performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support corporate and regional EHS objectives and programs
- Promote a positive safety culture throughout the facility
