Site Head – Pharma Manufacturing (Contract Manufacturing Environment)

Job Purpose
Lead and optimise all site operations for a contract manufacturing facility, ensuring operational excellence, business growth, and sustained client satisfaction. Drive a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Leadership — Oversee daily operations, performance, compliance and strategic delivery.
- Client & Key Account Management — Maintain strong client relationships and ensure seamless project execution.
- Business Development — Support growth initiatives and expansion of service offerings.
- Financial Oversight — Manage budgets, resources and cost performance.
- Operational Excellence — Drive process optimisation, quality, safety and continuous improvement
Key Requirements
- Relevant Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Production, Business or Quality; postgraduate preferred.
- Senior Leadership Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing with strong regulatory and quality knowledge.
- Commercial & Technical Strength — financial acumen, client management, business development and operational capability.
- People Leadership — proven ability to inspire teams, drive change and build high‑performance cultures.
