ENERGDIVE is seeking a Sustainability and Climate Research Associate to support research and analysis on sustainability, ESG, climate action, decarbonization, net -zero pathways, and corporate sustainability initiatives.<\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span>

- Research sustainability, climate, ESG, and decarbonization trends across industries and geographies.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Track corporate sustainability commitments, net -zero targets, carbon reduction initiatives, and climate disclosures.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Monitor developments related to ESG frameworks, sustainability regulations, climate policy, and reporting standards.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Analyze sustainability strategies adopted by companies, investors, governments, and industry stakeholders.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Support the development of sustainability -focused reports, case studies, insights, and thought leadership content.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Conduct benchmarking studies on climate and sustainability practices across sectors.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Assist in creating knowledge resources on ESG, climate risk, sustainable development, circular economy, and responsible business practices.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Preferred Qualifications<\/span><\/span>

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Climate Studies, Public Policy, Management, Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - 0–5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, climate, consulting, environmental management, research, or related domains.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Candidates with experience in sustainability consulting firms, ESG teams, climate -tech companies, corporate sustainability functions, development organizations, research institutions, renewable energy companies, or environmental organizations are encouraged to apply.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Demonstrated interest in sustainability, climate action, ESG, and responsible business practices.<\/span><\/span>
