Major Duties
This is a Career/Career-Conditional Full-time appointment. The incumbent performs recurring building and utility maintenance and operation duties. Assists higher grade employee in the use of a variety of trade practices associated with occupation. Utilizes knowledge and skills in several trades such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical, roofing, cement work, painting, and other related trades. Salary Range: A selectee receiving a first appointment to the Federal Government (Civil Service) is entitled only to the lowest step of the grade for which selected The display of a salary range on this vacancy shall not be construed as granting an entitlement to a higher rate of pay.
