We are seeking a strategic, hands-on CFO to lead the finance function, partner with executive leadership and drive financial performance, governance and capital strategy within a growing EPCM and renewable energy-focused organisation. This is a long-term appointment for a leader who is committed to building and growing with the business.
- CA(SA) registered with SAICA – essential/non-negotiable
- 10–15 years’ progressive finance experience, including 5+ years at CFO / FD / Head of Finance level
- Experience in construction, engineering, EPC/EPCM or renewable energy sectors is highly advantageous
- Proven experience in project finance, long-term revenue recognition, and multi-project environments
- Strong financial leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capability
- Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills (project finance experience essential)
- Experience with funding structures, DFIs, banks, and capital raising advantageous
- Willingness to be based in Western Cape (on-site, with travel as required)
