Job Description:
- Lead and coordinate multiple project and construction workstreams
- Drive project delivery, performance, and operational efficiency
- Oversee programme schedules, budgets, and commercial performance
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Manage contractor relationships and key stakeholder engagement
- Establish clear governance, reporting structures, and performance metrics
- Identify and mitigate operational and commercial risks
Skills & Experience:
- Proven leadership experience on large-scale infrastructure, energy, or construction projects
- Strong project integration, programme management, and commercial oversight skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Strategic, decisive, and results-driven leadership style
- Experience in renewable energy or major capital projects is advantageous
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant industry experience
- Minimum 8+ years in a senior leadership or executive role
Qualification:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management
- MBA or postgraduate qualification advantageous
