About the Role
In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, responsible for accurately creating, entering, and updating sales contracts for the entire company. If you possess a keen eye for detail, thrive in date-heavy environments, and enjoy ensuring information is accurate and accessible, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Draft and Review: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing sales contracts forms
- Manage the Lifecycle: Oversee contracts from initial drafting through revisions, approvals, and final execution.
- Track & Organize: Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer purchase orders, change orders and approvals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in administration.
- Tech-Savviness: Basic computer literacy with adaptability to learn new software.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills and efficiency.
Compensation:
The compensation for this position will be $21-$23/hr. depending on experience.

- Work Environment: Office, with occasional visits through the scrap metal facility
