Major Duties
At the full performance level of this position, you will: Establish policies and procedures, set organizational objectives and priorities, and align organizational performance to achieve programmatic commitments and goals. Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities, establish performance critical elements, and promote an environment that empowers employees to participate in and contribute to effective mission accomplishment. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with high level officials, internal and external stakeholder to serve as an expert on programmatic policies and guidance, resolve issues that arise, and foster collaboration. Oversee the development of emissions data for EPA, States and Tribes to support Clean Air Act (CAA) implementation to provide information for CAA implementation and inform Agency decision making. One or more positions may be filled (in the organization advertised and/or in other organizations), if appropriate to the position.
