Summary
This position is located in Everglades National Park, in the South Florida Natural Resource Division. The Project Planning and Implementation Supervisor leads a team of project managers, hydrologists, ecologists, and engineers in the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale interagency restoration projects.
Major Duties
The major duties of the Project Planning and Implementation Supervisor position include, but are not limited to, the following: Actively engage in park restoration projects, conduct necessary analysis, establish expected outcomes and appropriate timelines for accomplishing tasks. Perform standard supervisory duties, assigning tasks, enforcing policy, and resolving personnel issues with management awareness and assistance as appropriate. Represent the SFNRC in interagency forums, presenting NPS positions that are in alignment with Park and Center priorities and objectives.
