Purpose of the Job
<\/p>
The OKR Manager is responsible for driving the organization's performance management
<\/p>
system through effective implementation, monitoring, and governance of Objectives and Key
<\/p>
Results (OKRs). The role ensures strategic goals are translated into measurable outcomes across
<\/p>
all departments and that accountability, transparency, and execution discipline are maintained
<\/p>
throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities
<\/p>
1. OKR Planning & Deployment<\/b>
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Facilitate company -wide quarterly and annual OKR planning.
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Align departmental OKRs with company strategic objectives.
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Ensure every department, manager, and employee has measurable OKRs.
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Review OKRs for clarity, relevance, and measurability.
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Maintain organization -wide OKR calendar and review cycles.
<\/p>
2. Performance Tracking & Monitoring<\/b>
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly OKR progress.
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Monitor achievement against key results.
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Identify delayed, off -track, or at -risk objectives.

•<\/span> <\/span>Publish performance dashboards and scorecards.
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Escalate critical execution gaps to management.

3. Accountability & Governance<\/b>

•<\/span> <\/span>Conduct weekly OKR review meetings with department heads.

•<\/span> <\/span>Ensure managers update progress on time.

•<\/span> <\/span>Follow up on overdue tasks and commitments.

•<\/span> <\/span>Maintain compliance with reporting standards.

•<\/span> <\/span>Analyze trends, bottlenecks, and execution risks.

•<\/span> <\/span>Develop dashboards and MIS reports.

6. Training & Capability Building<\/b>

•<\/span> <\/span>Train employees and managers on OKR methodology.

•<\/span> <\/span>Conduct workshops on goal setting and execution.

•<\/span> <\/span>Support managers in defining measurable KPIs.

Experience

•<\/span> <\/span>5–10 years of experience in Strategy, PMO, Business Excellence, Operations, or

Performance Management.
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Experience implementing OKRs across multiple departments is preferred.
