Job Advert SummarySolareff is offering a 12-month fixed-term position in various departments as part of the Youth Employment Service (YES) initiative, a Presidency-led program designed to combat youth unemployment and support BBBEE transformation goals. This role offers young South Africans, aged between 18-34, a chance to gain valuable work experience. This is not an internship program, apprenticeship or training whereby participants will obtain any form of qualification or certification. Eligible candidates will gain hands-on experience in administration, warehousing and technical knowledge within our dynamic Company.
Minimum RequirementsQualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent; a post-matric certificate/ program is advantageous
Requirements:
- South African citizen, aged 18-34.
- Strong mathematical proficiency and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams).
- Must not have been permanently employed by a single employer for more than 1 year.
- Must not be studying full-time during the employment year.
- Must not have previously participated in or registered for the YES initiative.
