- Understand customer needs and propose products or lending terms to cater to these requirements, while adhering to risk management guidelines
- Carry out negotiations of lending terms and conditions with business representatives
- Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining high service standard and compliance
- Structure and present new credit proposals to Credit/ Risk teams
- Ability to present proposals to management for seeking approvals
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders for successful conversion and disbursement
- Cross selling of other products
- Closure of any open deferrals / deviations
- Periodic portfolio monitoring and identification of any early warning signals
Maintain portfolio MIS including calls-to-action, conversion status etc.
