The Zoho CRM Executive will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and
improving the company’s CRM system using Zoho
CRM<\/a>. The role includes dealer/distributor data management, sales pipeline
tracking, automation support, lead allocation, customer follow -up monitoring,
dashboard preparation, and ensuring proper CRM usage across sales teams.

The candidate will work closely with ASMs, sales teams, marketing, service,
and management to improve sales visibility, dealer engagement, customer
experience, and reporting accuracy.
