As part of our launch in Italy, we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to develop and strengthen our commercial presence in the Italian photovoltaic market.<\/span>

Your Role<\/span>
<\/h2>
As a key local representative of SYNAPSUN, you will actively contribute to the development of our Italian market alongside our future V.I.E. based in Milan and our headquarters team in Lyon.<\/span>
<\/p>
Your main responsibilities will include:<\/span>
<\/p>
- Developing SYNAPSUN’s commercial activity in Italy<\/span>
<\/li> - Identifying and acquiring new customers: EPCs, developers, installers, investors, industrial clients<\/span>
<\/li> - Building a strong local network within the Italian solar industry<\/span>
<\/li> - Detecting new PV project opportunities and leading commercial negotiations<\/span>
<\/li> - Representing SYNAPSUN at industry events and trade fairs<\/span>
<\/li> - Advising customers on technical solutions and module sourcing<\/span>
<\/li> - Reporting regularly to management<\/span>
<\/li> - Supporting the progressive structuring of SYNAPSUN’s local presence in Italy<\/span>

- Significant experience within the Italian photovoltaic industry<\/span>
<\/li> - Proven B2B sales and business development experience<\/span>
<\/li> - Strong knowledge of the Italian solar market and key stakeholders<\/span>
<\/li> - Native or bilingual Italian required<\/span>
<\/li> - Professional English mandatory<\/span>
<\/li> - French is a plus<\/span>

Indicative range: €45k–60k gross annual salary + performance -based bonus
