To drive Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), ESG, and Sustainability initiatives across manufacturing operations by ensuring statutory compliance, implementing sustainability frameworks, managing ESG reporting, and promoting a safe and sustainable work environment aligned with organizational and global standards. |

ESG & Sustainability Reporting | • Prepare and manage ESG reports aligned with GRI, BRSR, SDG, and sustainability frameworks. • Coordinate data collection and validation for sustainability disclosures and reporting. • Support ESG assessments, audits, and sustainability benchmarking activities. |
Scope 1, 2 & 3 Emission Management | • Monitor and analyze greenhouse gas emissions including Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions. • Support carbon footprint assessment and decarbonization initiatives. • Develop reports and recommendations for emission reduction projects. |
Sustainability Initiatives & Resource Optimization | • Drive sustainability projects related to energy conservation, waste management, water reduction, and circular economy practices. • Identify opportunities for operational sustainability improvements. • Promote sustainable manufacturing practices across plant operations. |

Education | Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Environmental Science / Industrial Safety / Sustainability Preferred : Master’s Degree or Certification in ESG, Sustainability, EHS, NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 |
Experience | Essential: 5+ Years of experience in EHS, ESG, and Sustainability functions within manufacturing companies. Preferred:Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Engineering, or Heavy Manufacturing industries. |
