Hours:Monday through Thursday 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Friday 2:00 PM - 8:30PM or Saturday through Sunday 11: 00A.M-11:00P.M. (extended hours when requested)
Location: Orange Beach, AL
Job Summary
At the direction of the Director of Maintenance, the Environmental Specialist is responsible for performing cleaning duties and routine maintenance.
Essential Job Tasks Additional duties may be assigned.
- Assist with cleaning that may arise due to accidents throughout the day in addition to inspecting and reporting the cleanliness of all buildings to the Director of Maintenance.
- Responsible for maintaining inventory to include drinks, ice machines, paper products, and other cleaning supplies.
- Ensure that executive offices are properly maintained and dusted on a monthly basis.
- Assist with the set-up for meeting/conference rooms.
- Assist the Director of Maintenance with Maintenance Requests/Tickets.
- Maintain patios, feed fish, and other related responsibilities by request.
- Promotes, maintains, and enhances workplace culture within the Maintenance department.

Knowledge
- English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Education & Experience
Requires a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
