About the role
As a Commercial Superintendent, you will oversee and execute commercial roofing projects while ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction from start to finish. This role is designed for a hands-on leader who can manage both field operations and project coordination responsibilities. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring that timelines, materials, and labor are aligned for successful project delivery. This position will cover the Southwest Virginia Region.
What you'll do
- Manage all aspects of the construction process from start to finish
- Communicate with customers, order materials, and manage post-project punch list items
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Convey and manage schedules, materials, safety requirements, manpower, and quality expectations
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, materials, and labor hours
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards
- Drive customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering exceptional results
Qualifications
- Experience as a Superintendent, Site Supervisor, or similar role in the commercial roofing industry
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial membrane and metal roofing systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Must be able to travel as required
- Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured under company auto policy

The pay range for this role is:
$70,000-$90,000 annual salary
