AI Solution Architect to serve as the bridge between our business objectives and our technical AI capabilities. You will be responsible for identifying high-impact business challenges and architecting end-to-end Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions to solve them.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Translation: Partner with business units (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) to identify "unmet needs" and translate them into technical AI requirements
Solution Design: Architect end-to-end AI systems, including data ingestion, model selection (LLMs, SLMs, or Traditional ML), orchestration (RAG, Agentic workflows), and UI integration
Stakeholder Management: Act as a "Trusted Advisor" to senior leadership, demystifying AI and providing clear narratives on how AI drives competitive advantage
Technical Oversight: Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to ensure the final product aligns with the original business vision and meets performance benchmarks
Governance & Ethics: Ensure all AI solutions adhere to global security, privacy (GDPR/DPDP), and ethical AI standards
Education Qualification:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, MBA with a technical focus, or a related field
2/3 years of working experience focus on Data architect and/or AI related field
Desired Characteristics:
AI Fluency: Deep understanding of the Generative AI landscape (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama), Vector Databases, and MLOps/LLMOps frameworks
The "Translator" Ability: Proven track record of turning ambiguous business problems into structured technical roadmaps
Experience with cloud AI stacks (Azure AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI)
Knowledge of "Agentic AI" and autonomous workflow design
2–3 years of professional experience specializing in Data Architecture and AI-driven solutions.
Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership in specifying requirements
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Effective team building and problem-solving abilities
