Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution
- Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and execution of active projects.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Support coordination between internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Help manage project documentation, including contracts, submittals, RFIs, drawings and closeout materials.
Financial Tracking & Reporting
- Support and learn project financial management, including budget tracking, cost forecasting, and invoicing.
- Assist with Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting and job cost analysis.
- Help identify budget variances and support corrective actions.
- Prepare financial summaries, KPI dashboards and reports for leadership review.
Meetings & Communication
- Participate in project meetings and document key takeaways, action items, and next steps
- Communicate updates across stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Assist in preparing client-facing updates and internal presentations
