Key Responsibilities

Distributor Management<\/span>

Handle and develop relationships with large distributors and super stockists.<\/span>

Expand distributor network in assigned territories.<\/span><\/span>

Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.<\/span>
<\/li>
Support distributors with product training, schemes, and sales planning.<\/span>

Key Account Management<\/span>
<\/h4>
- Manage strategic accounts such as EPC companies, institutional buyers, retailers, and modern trade partners.<\/span>
  <\/li>
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and annual contracts.<\/span>
  <\/li>
- Build long -term partnerships with top customers.<\/span>
  <\/li>
- Ensure timely resolution of partner concerns and escalations.<\/span>

  Business Growth<\/span>
  <\/h4>
  - Identify new market opportunities for solar products.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  - Launch promotional campaigns with channel partners.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  - Track competitor activities and market trends.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  - Increase market share in assigned region.<\/span>

    Coordination & Reporting<\/span>

    - Coordinate with internal teams such as supply chain, service, finance, and marketing.<\/span>

    - Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and collection updates.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    - Monitor distributor stock movement and secondary sales.<\/span>

      Requirements
