Job Summary:
A Manufacturing Company is looking for a HSE Officer who will ensure HSE compliance,conducts safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Develops safety procedures, training programs, and maintains all safety records, permits, and certifications
HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and local regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
- Develop and implement safety procedures and training programs
- Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports
- Maintain safety records, permit, and audit documentation
- Promote a safe working environment and employee awareness
- Timely Renewal of certificates & permits (whereas required)
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3â7 years of relevant experience in a similar multi-functional role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good knowledge of labour laws and HSE regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
