Requirements<\/h3>
What You’ll Do<\/b><\/span>
<\/h2>
Provide first -level IT support to team members
<\/li>Assist in managing and maintaining Zoho applications (CRM, Recruit, Desk, etc.)
<\/li>Support user setup, access control, and troubleshooting
<\/li>Monitor system performance and flag issues proactively
<\/li>Assist with basic data management, reporting, and system updates
<\/li>Document processes and support internal IT operations
<\/li><\/ul>What We’re Looking For<\/b><\/span>
<\/h2>
Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and troubleshooting
<\/li>Familiarity with tools like Zoho, Google Workspace, or similar platforms (a plus)
<\/li>Strong problem -solving and analytical thinking skills
<\/li>Good communication and willingness to learn
<\/li>Ability to work onsite and collaborate with a team
<\/li>Background in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or currently studying)
