- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, Environmental Studies, Forestry, Wildlife Biology, Geology, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience is required
- Professional Wetland Delineator (PWD) or Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) is a plus
- Capability to execute and coordinate environmental assessment activities with internal/external clients and regulatory agencies.
- Experience submitting Clean Water Act 404/401 permits is preferred
- Knowledge of Chesapeake Bay Regulation submittals, Wetland or Environmental design, and a NEPA background would be considered a plus.
- Ability to compose technical reports, memorandums, and other written communication
- Meet project, client, and regulatory deadlines
- Coordinate with state, federal, and local regulatory agencies
- Work in a timely fashion to meet project budgets
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Proficiency with ArcMap/GIS, AutoCAD, and MicroStation is preferred
- Desire to work in a team environment
- 40 hour Hazwoper Certification a plus.
