3. Process Improvement<\/b>

Analyze production processes to identify quality gaps

4. Supplier Quality Management<\/b>

Evaluate and audit suppliers/vendors for quality compliance

Ensure raw materials meet required specifications

Coordinate with procurement and vendors for quality -related issues

5. Documentation & Compliance<\/b>

Maintain quality documentation including SOPs, checklists, and reports

Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements

Assist in internal and external quality audits

6. Customer Complaint Handling<\/b>

Investigate customer complaints related to product quality

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures

Work closely with service and support teams to resolve issues

Key Skills Required<\/b>

Strong knowledge of quality tools (7 QC tools, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA)

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
