Develop and implement project certification strategies across all project phases
Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external audits and tests (e.g. ISO standards)
Prepare, organize, and support certification audits and inspections
Coordinate with independent certification bodies, authorities, and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and certification requirements
Maintain and manage all certification-related documentation and evidence
Analyze audit results, define improvement measures, and track implementation
Manage and resolve non-conformities
Drive alignment between engineering, HSE, commercial, and project teams
Support successful certification across design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases
