The client is a UK-based marketing and lead generation agency specialising in the renewable energy sector, including Solar PV, Battery Storage, Air Source Heat Pumps, EV Charging, and Air Conditioning. They partner with installation companies across the UK to generate inbound enquiries and support them in converting these into booked appointments, quotes, and revenue.
The Role: Appointment Setter (Renewables – Client Delivery)
The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of leads for clients by contacting inbound enquiries generated through marketing campaigns. The role exists to qualify homeowners and book appointments directly into client calendars, ensuring lead generation activity converts into a tangible pipeline. The main focus areas include lead handling, maintaining accurate CRM data, and providing performance updates to internal teams and clients.
