Accounts Payable Operations<\/i>

•<\/span> <\/span>Manage complete accounts payable cycle: invoice processing, verification, approvals, and

•<\/span> <\/span>Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and expense claims

•<\/span> <\/span>Monitor aging reports and maintain optimal payable cycles

2. Vendor Management<\/i>
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve discrepancies or disputes
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Ensure proper vendor onboarding with KYC and compliance documentation
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Negotiate payment terms and improve working capital efficiency
<\/p>
3. Compliance & Controls<\/i>
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Review and validate tax deductions and filings related to payables
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Strengthen internal controls and audit trails for all transactions
<\/p>
4. Financial Reporting & Reconciliation<\/i>
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Perform monthly vendor reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Assist in month -end and year -end closing activities
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Prepare MIS reports related to payables, cash flow, and liabilities
<\/p>
5. Process Improvement & Automation<\/i>
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Drive automation in payable processes using ERP systems (Zoho Books, SAP, etc.)
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Ensure proper documentation and SOPs for all AP processes6. Team Management<\/i><\/span>
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Lead and mentor the accounts payable team
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Set KPIs and monitor team performance
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Coordinate with procurement, finance, and other departments

Requirements<\/h3>
•<\/span> <\/span>Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Expertise in vendor reconciliation and financial controls
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Analytical and problem -solving skills
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>High attention to detail and accuracy
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Leadership and team management skills
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools

Qualifications & Experience<\/b>
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable / Finance
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Experience in manufacturing / distribution / retail industry preferred
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Hands -on experience with ERP systems (Zoho Books preferred)
