About the Role:<\/b>
<\/p>
We are seeking
a commercially astute and technically fluent Head of Sales<\/b> to drive
revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic customer partnerships in the
nanotechnology and advanced materials space. This role demands a rare blend of deep
material science understanding<\/b> and enterprise sales excellence<\/b>, with
the ability to translate complex formulations into scalable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>
Revenue Leadership:<\/b> Own and deliver
aggressive revenue targets by acquiring and scaling ₹10–50 Cr annual key
accounts across specialty materials segments.
<\/li>Strategic Selling:<\/b> Lead long -cycle,
consultative sales engagements involving CTOs, R&D heads, and
procurement stakeholders.
<\/li>Market Expansion:<\/b> Identify and penetrate
high -value segments including flooring, gloves, epoxy, polymers, and
composites<\/b>.
<\/li>Technical Commercialization:<\/b> Translate
product capabilities (e.g., conductivity, dispersion, dosage efficiency)
into clear ROI -led value propositions for customers.
<\/li>New Product Launches:<\/b> Drive go -to -market
strategy and successful commercialization of new nanomaterial -based
solutions.
<\/li>Key Account Management:<\/b> Build and deepen
relationships with strategic clients, ensuring repeat business and
long -term partnerships.
<\/li>Cross -functional Collaboration:<\/b> Work closely
with R&D, manufacturing, and leadership teams to align product
development with market needs.
<\/li>Sales Strategy & Execution:<\/b> Define
pricing, channel strategy, and sales processes suited for a high -growth,
innovation -led environment.
<\/li>Travel & Market Presence:<\/b> Maintain
strong on -ground presence through frequent customer visits, industry
events, and partner engagements.

Requirements<\/h3>
Ideal Candidate Profile<\/b>
<\/p>
Masters/ Graduate
in Business Management<\/b> with 10+ Years of Proven experience selling specialty
materials / advanced chemicals / nanotechnology products<\/b> with a strong
technical qualification cycle.
<\/li>Demonstrated success
in closing and managing ₹10–50 Cr annual business accounts<\/b>.
<\/li>Ability to
confidently engage with CTO, R&D, and Procurement stakeholders<\/b> in complex B2B environments.

Strong understanding of:

<\/li>Conductivity optimization
<\/li>Dispersion technologies
