Job Summary<\/b>

The Systems Engineer – Utility Scale Solar Electrical Design
will be responsible for the electrical design, standardization, and technical
evaluation of utility -scale solar PV projects for Enerparc India. The role
involves developing optimized solar plant designs, supporting technical due
diligence, evaluating key electrical components, and coordinating with
cross -functional teams during project development and execution.

This role is primarily focused on utility -scale
solar engineering. As Enerparc continues expanding into hybrid and energy
storage projects, selected candidates will also have the opportunity to be
trained and upskilled in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and advanced
hybrid plant integration<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/i>

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>
1. Design & Engineering<\/b>
<\/p>
Develop and maintain standardized system designs
for PV and BESS including SLDs, layouts, and control philosophies.
<\/li>Perform technical assessment and component sizing
for PV modules, inverters, batteries, and PCS.
<\/li>Support system integration studies, including AC/DC
coupling configurations, control logics, and operational modes.
<\/li>Prepare and review tendering specifications, employer
requirements, and design packages for Solar, BESS components and hybrid
systems.
<\/li>Conduct energy yield assessments (PVsyst), loss
analysis, and design optimization to support commercial and pre -bid teams.
<\/li>Review and validate electrical studies including
load flow, short -circuit, and protection coordination.
<\/li>Coordinate
with grid interconnection and protection teams for compliance with CEA,
IEC, and IEEE standards.
<\/li><\/ul>2. Vendor Evaluation &
Technical Qualification<\/b>
<\/p>
Lead technical evaluation and qualification of
solar and BESS component vendors.
<\/li>Review test reports, certifications (IEC, UL, IS),
and field performance data.
<\/li>Participate
in factory and site inspections (FAT/SAT) and ensure compliance with
design and quality requirements.
<\/li><\/ul>3. Technical Analysis & Support<\/b>
<\/p>
Conduct Solar and BESS techno -economic studies,
evaluating performance, sizing, and lifetime degradation.
<\/li>Review and benchmark OEM proposals for performance,
safety, and reliability.
<\/li>Support
troubleshooting and post -commissioning technical investigations.
<\/li><\/ul>4. Collaboration &
Continuous Improvement<\/b>
<\/p>
Work closely with Pre -Bid, D&E, Quality, and
Procurement teams for design alignment and cost optimization.
<\/li>Continuously update design standards based on new
inverter and BESS technologies.
<\/li>Provide
training and knowledge sharing within the engineering function on hybrid
and storage systems.

Requirements<\/h3>
Skills and Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/p>
<\/ul><\/div>Education:<\/b> B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in
Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or Renewable Energy.
<\/li>Experience:<\/b> 5–8 years in utility -scale solar
PV electrical design and engineering, preferably in IPP or EPC
environments.
<\/li>Technical Competencies:<\/b>
<\/li>Strong understanding of utility -scale solar plant
design principles.
<\/li>Proficient in PVsyst, AutoCAD, PVCase, ETAP, and
MS Office.
<\/li>Working knowledge of standards: IEC 62933, IEC
62109, IEEE 1547, IS 16221, CEA Grid Code.

problem -solving, and cross -functional collaboration skills.
<\/li>Adaptability:<\/b> Able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic renewable energy environment.
