•<\/span> <\/span>Ensure proper tracking of shipments and delivery performance

3. Inventory Management<\/b>

•<\/span> <\/span>Maintain optimum stock levels of raw materials and finished goods
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Reduce stock discrepancies and improve inventory accuracy

•<\/span> <\/span>Implement ABC classification and stock audits

4. Process Improvement<\/b>

•<\/span> <\/span>Drive automation using tools like Zoho Inventory / ERP systems

5. Team Management<\/b>

•<\/span> <\/span>Lead and supervise operations, warehouse, and logistics teams

•<\/span> <\/span>Set KPIs and track team performance
<\/p>
•<\/span> <\/span>Ensure discipline, productivity, and accountability

6. Vendor & Coordination<\/b><\/span>•<\/span> <\/span>Manage relationships with transporters and vendors

•<\/span> <\/span>Negotiate rates and improve service quality

•<\/span> <\/span>Coordinate with service team for returns, repairs, and replacements
<\/p>
7. Reporting & MIS<\/b>

•<\/span> <\/span>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

•<\/span> <\/span>Track key metrics like dispatch TAT, inventory turnover, and order fulfilment rate
