Key responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/span>

- Oversee and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff<\/b> to ensure rooms and facilities are maintained to the highest standard.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Prepare and serve breakfast for guests in the mornings, ensuring quality and attention to detail.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Manage reservations and guest communications using Nightbridge<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Handle invoices and basic financial administration with Zoho Books<\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Assist guests with queries, requests, and local recommendations to enhance their stay.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Arrange guest transport <\/b>(e.g., airport transfers, local travel) with trusted service providers.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
- Must have own reliable transport to and from work.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Hospitality graduates<\/b> or students with at least 6 months’<\/b> practical training in a hotel or guest house environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Experience with Nightbridge and Zoho Books<\/b> will be a strong advantage.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Reliable, detail -oriented, and committed to providing top -quality service.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
