Northwest Talent Solutions is partnering with a global leader in industrial electrical solutions to identify a Product Safety Engineer who will play a critical role in ensuring products meet rigorous global safety and certification standards.

What You'll Do:

Lead certification efforts for new and existing products across global standards

Manage third-party testing and validation for hazardous environment equipment

Review and develop technical documentation (test data sheets, construction reviews, compliance reports)

Partner cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory teams

Stay ahead of evolving standards and guide teams on regulatory impact

Support audits, inspections, and certification protocols

Utilize tools such as UL Product IQ, IECEx Online, and compliance platforms
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

1+ years of experience in product safety, certification, or compliance engineering
-
Exposure to hazardous location standards (ATEX, IECEx, UL, CSA preferred)

Strong analytical and documentation skills
-
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
