| The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end contract administration and commercial support activities across project and procurement functions, ensuring contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. |

| 1)Contract Administration & Documentation |
- Administer contracts end‑to‑end, including maintaining contract registers, correspondence logs, amendment trackers, and document control systems.
- Ensure systematic tracking of contractual obligations, deliverables, milestones, deadlines, and expiry dates.

| 2)Contract Drafting, Amendments & Extensions |
- Draft, review, and process contract amendments, addendums, extensions, side letters, and routine contractual documents.
- Ensure changes are properly evaluated for commercial impact, risk exposure, and contractual entitlement.

| 3)Variations & Change Order Management |
- Manage variation orders and change requests from initiation to approval and closure.
- Evaluate technical and commercial implications of scope changes in coordination with engineering and project teams.

| 4)Tendering & Pre‑Contract Support |
- Prepare, compile, and review tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, bid packages, and contractual terms.
- Review scope of work, commercial conditions, pricing structures, payment milestones, and risk allocation clauses.
