| We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Production to lead and drive overall production operations in a solar manufacturing plant (PV Modules / Cells). The role is responsible for achieving production targets, maximizing efficiency, ensuring product quality, and driving operational excellence. |

| 1) |
- Head end-to-end production operations for solar module/cell manufacturing
- Define and execute production strategy aligned with business goals
- Ensure achievement of daily, monthly, and annual production targets
|

| 2) |
- Drive improvements in yield, productivity, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Optimize manpower, machinery, and production planning
|
|
|
|
|
| 3) |
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and process controls
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, SCM, and Engineering teams
|
|
|
|

- Ensure compliance with EHS and safety standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop production teams

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics)
