Job Role:
The Senior Manager – Solar Project Execution will lead and manage the end-to-end execution of ground-mounted solar projects. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, quality assurance, and coordination with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed execution plans for solar projects, including timelines, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Oversee site mobilization, installation, and commissioning activities for electrical and civil works.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and proactively resolve delays or bottlenecks.
- Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and contractors for smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders during project execution.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for all project activities.
- Ensure compliance with IS, IEC, NEC, and other relevant standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality benchmarks.
- Safety & Risk Management
- Enforce strict adherence to HSE guidelines and electrical safety protocols.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
- Organize safety training and toolbox talks for site personnel.
