Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and utility-scale segments for both trading and Lifecycle products.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Work with in-house teams (purchasing, operations, management) to ensure order completion and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate CRM records by updating customer records on outreach and quoting.
Provide regular updates on market activity, customer feedback, and competitive positioning.
Report accurate forecast on sales pipeline and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, installers, developers, and distributors.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in solar sales, technical sales, design and engineering background.
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, components, and installation practices.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with speaking and presenting to clients and sales team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
This position requires being onsite at our Houston, TX office, and relocation is required if you are not currently located in Houston.
