Job Summary:
The Quality Manager supports the organization’s efforts to maintain and improve product and process quality. This role oversees the Quality Control and Assurance teams, aligns operations with industry standards, and contributes to ongoing improvement initiatives. The position also supports technical decision-making and helps respond to evolving market needs. This position reports to the Plant Manager.

- Lead and develop the Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams to meet the organizational quality objectives and drive continuous improvement.
- Support the development of technical direction for products, processes, and market needs.
- Collaborate in business planning and contribute to overall company strategy.
- Participate in decision-making processes related to operational and quality initiatives.
- Assist in developing strategic plans supporting long-term product, service and production capabilities.
- Identify emerging customers and market needs and support strategies to address them.
- Apply experience in the metals industry or heavy manufacturing to strengthen quality practices.
- Use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex quality issues.
What will make you successful?
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science or related field.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience in the aluminum extrusion industry.
- Strong background in Quality Management with hands-on experience in quality and systems processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Automotive TS16949 or similar automotive quality standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer- relationship skills with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
