DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
- 2+ years of administrative, coordination, or operations support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow structured processes and SOPs
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office
- Clear written and verbal English communication
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Quiet, professional workspace
- Ability to work consistently during 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST
Preferred:
- Experience in solar, construction, or permitting workflows
- Familiarity with Housecall Pro or similar CRMs
- Prior VA experience
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN ASSISTANT SOLAR SERVICES COORDINATOR - VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?
In this virtual assisting role, you'll begin each day by checking in on active solar service projects, updating CRM records, and ensuring all documents are complete and accurate. You'll track permits, inspections, and milestones, ensuring no step is missed and every detail is properly logged. Throughout the day, you'll prepare documentation using clear templates, communicate with internal team members, and flag missing information before it causes delays. Everything you do ensures our U.S. solar service operations stay organized, efficient, and on track, thanks to your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
WHAT IS THE WORK SCHEDULE FOR OUR ASSISTANT SOLAR SERVICES COORDINATOR - VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?
This is a full-time, remote position, Monday through Friday, working 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST). You must be consistently available during U.S. business hours.
