As Asset Management Assistant & Office Manager you will be responsible for:
Asset Management Administration
Support the processing, tracking and documentation of invoices related to asset operations (e.g. O&M providers, grid operators, land leases and other service providers)
Maintain contract registers and structured documentation for operational agreements and asset-related contracts
Support the administrative management of Guarantees of Origin (GOOs) and related documentation
Assist with the preparation of shareholder meetings and corporate resolutions for project companies
Support corporate governance processes and coordinate documentation for asset-holding entities
Manage registrations and filings on relevant regulatory platforms including: Commercial registers, LEI registrations, ACER / REMIT platforms, Transparency platforms
Support coordination between Asset Management, Accounting, Legal and external service providers and assist with internal reporting documentation
Office Management & Administrative Support (Spain)
In addition, you will support the administrative operations of our Madrid office and Spanish holding structure.
Coordinate day-to-day office management and administrative processes for the Madrid office
Ensure smooth office operations, office supplies and coordination with building management
Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and internal events
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and maintain structured digital and physical filing systems
Support corporate administration, documentation, invoice processing, and administrative workflows
Support administration of office access and IT equipment for the Madrid team
Act as the local administrative contact point between the Madrid office and the wider international team
