About the role
We are seeking an Environmental Scientist to join our team in a full‑time, permanent position. In this role, you will contribute to a diverse range of environmental projects across Australia, and other regions, supporting the preparation of environmental assessments, management plans, audits, and technical reports.
You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, helping to deliver high‑quality outcomes while developing your technical skills and industry experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a junior‑level professional to build capability, gain exposure to varied project work, and play a meaningful part in delivering positive environmental outcomes.
What you’ll do:
Contribute to AARC projects across Australia, Southeast Asia, and other regions.
Prepare Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Management Systems, Environmental Authority applications, Environmental Management Plans, and Plans of Operations.
Conduct environmental audits and environmental due‑diligence assessments.
Provide environmental consulting advice to internal teams and clients.
Report progress against timelines and budgets to Managers and Project Managers.

Develop reports, figures, and supporting documentation for project deliverables.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Hold a tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Ecology, or a related discipline.
Bring 1-3 years of experience in environmental consulting or a related field.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, project management, time management, and organisational skills.
Maintain full Australian working rights (mandatory).
Hold a valid Australian driver’s licence.
Work collaboratively and proactively, with a strong commitment to quality and client service.
