What you will accomplish with us
As a Sustainability Intern, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Supporting the team in data collection, the deployment of key projects related to strategy and communications, as well as recurring activities such as policies, guidelines, and GHG calculations.
Contributing to benchmarking analyses of the company’s performance compared to its industry peers.
Conducting ongoing monitoring of sustainability best practices, particularly within the insurance and financial services industry, in relation to market expectations and those of institutional investors.
Participating in the updating and completion of questionnaires for ESG rating agencies.
Analyzing existing team processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization through advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, when relevant.
What could accelerate your success in this role
We are looking for someone who:
Is currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in business administration, sustainability, or a related field such as economics or international relations.
Is recognized for a strong interest in sustainability, financial markets, and strategic communications.
Stands out for an interest in artificial intelligence, process automation, and the optimization of technological tools.
Demonstrates strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret diverse information in order to formulate relevant recommendations.
Is recognized for strong written and verbal communication skills in French.
Has an intermediate level of knowledge of the English language, as the individual will be required to read English documentation from investors on a daily basis.
