Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator
Location: Cambria, WI.
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000/year
At Didion, safety and environmental responsibility go beyond compliance, they�re part of our culture. We�re seeking an EHS Coordinator to help protect our people, strengthen compliance, and drive continuous improvement in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
What You�ll Do
- Support and improve EHS programs in compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and local regulations
- Conduct EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments; document findings and drive corrective actions
- Plan and deliver safety and environmental training for employees, contractors, and visitors
- Assist with incident investigations, workers� compensation, and return-to-work programs
- Maintain EHS records, reports, and dashboards
- Participate in Management of Change (MOC) and support programs like LOTO, stormwater, and ergonomics
- Partner with leaders to promote a proactive, people-first safety culture
What You Bring
- Bachelor�s degree in Safety, Environmental Health, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years EHS experience; manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with data reporting tools a plus
- Spanish, PSM, or combustible dust experience preferred
Work Environment
- Manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and cold
- Ability to wear PPE, work at heights, climb ladders, and enter confined spaces
