Introduction

A leading player in the renewable energy sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in solar projects. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can manage projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of solar (PV) projects, from planning through to commissioning
Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Oversee procurement and contractor performance
Ensure successful project handover and documentation

Desired Experience & Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
Minimum 5+ years’ project management experience within the solar / renewable energy sector
Proven track record delivering solar PV projects
Strong understanding of EPC processes and project lifecycle
Project Management certification (e.g. PMP / PRINCE2) advantageous
Knowledge of local regulations and standards within the energy sector
Proficient in project management tools and MS Office
