Operate stringer machines for tabbing and stringing solar cells.
<\/li>Ensure proper alignment and soldering of solar cells.
<\/li>Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
<\/li>Maintain quality standards as per company guidelines.
<\/li>Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
<\/li>Identify defects in cells and ensure rejection as per quality norms.
<\/li>Maintain daily production reports and logs.
<\/li>Follow safety and operational procedures at all times.

Basic knowledge of solar panel manufacturing (preferred).
