Job Summary

Loom Solar Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Manager<\/b> to oversee the entire production process at the manufacturing facility. The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing operations to ensure that products are produced efficiently, safely, and within quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, and the capability to optimize productivity while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Execution
<\/h3>
Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet production targets.
<\/p><\/li>
Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely manufacturing of solar products.
<\/p><\/li>
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet delivery commitments.
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Team Management
<\/h3>
Lead and supervise production staff including supervisors, operators, and technicians.
<\/p><\/li>
Allocate duties and responsibilities to the production team effectively.
<\/p><\/li>
Conduct regular team meetings to review production performance and address operational issues.
<\/p><\/li>
Train and mentor employees to improve productivity and technical skills.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Quality Control
<\/h3>
Ensure all products meet company quality standards and industry requirements.
<\/p><\/li>
Coordinate with the Quality Department to implement quality improvement initiatives.
<\/p><\/li>
Monitor product defects and take corrective actions to maintain product reliability.

Process Improvement
<\/h3>
Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.

Implement continuous improvement practices such as Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen.
<\/p><\/li>
Optimize workflow, equipment utilization, and production processes.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Equipment & Maintenance Coordination
<\/h3>
Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to ensure machines are operating efficiently.
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to minimize downtime.
<\/p><\/li>
Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or improvements when necessary.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Inventory & Material Management
<\/h3>
Work closely with the Stores and Procurement teams to ensure availability of raw materials.
<\/p><\/li>
Monitor material consumption and reduce wastage.
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain proper inventory levels to support uninterrupted production.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Safety & Compliance
<\/h3>
Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety regulations and company policies.
<\/p><\/li>
Promote a safe working environment within the production floor.
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure compliance with factory regulations, environmental policies, and company standards.

Reporting & Documentation
<\/h3>
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
<\/p><\/li>
Analyze production performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Maintain proper documentation related to production activities.
