THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Light commercial experience, electrical troubleshooting, experience with inspectors/electricians, NABCEP, and a Colorado Journeyman Electrician license are preferred. Our ideal candidate also exhibits the qualifications listed below:
- 4+ years of solar installation experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- General Liability insurance
- Workers' Compensation insurance (or valid exemption)
- Commercial Auto Insurance
- Proven residential new install experience
- Experience on pitched and multi‑story roofs
- Ability to lead a crew
- Ability to read and follow engineered plan sets
- Operate as a 1099 independent subcontractor
