Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient office functions for the solar EPC team.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment procurement, and maintain vendor relationships for the office and project sites.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meetings for senior management and project teams.
- Organize and manage documentation, ensuring all records (financial, contracts, permits, etc.) are filed appropriately and easily accessible.
- Provide HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, and managing employee records.
- Assist in project planning, including preparing documents and reports for project status meetings.
- Oversee health and safety compliance, ensuring that company policies align with local regulations.
- Manage and track travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff traveling to project sites or other locations.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including government agencies, suppliers, and contractors.
- Implement and enforce company policies on office etiquette, working hours, and other administrative procedures.
- Monitor and maintain office facilities, ensuring a safe and functional work environment.
