Join Our Team as a Field Supervisor – Concierge!
Cleantech is seeking a reliable, proactive, and professional Field Supervisor – Concierge to support our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working in dynamic environments. The primary responsibility is to supervise and support the Concierge team, conduct site inspections, and provide training and team support.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Travel between multiple buildings and locations based on operational needs.
- Supervise and support Concierge staff, ensuring company standards and policies are followed.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to maintain service quality.
- Train new employees on building maintenance standard procedures and emergency and safety protocols, and equipment use.
- Coordinate schedules and shift coverage to meet client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and resolve service concerns promptly.
- Enforce workplace safety standards and company policies.
- Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in dynamic situations.
- Provide relief coverage for Concierge shifts as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Concierge or Field Supervisor.
- Previous experience in hospitality, facilities management, or property management is an asset.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required).
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed.
- Flexible availability and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Administration is preferred.
Schedule
- Day Shift, Monday to Friday
- Overtime and weekend shifts as required
- Start Date: March - April
Employment Type & Compensation
- Full-Time
- Pay rate: $24/hour
- Monthly gas allowance in accordance with CRA guidelines

Location
- Multiple locations, primarily Vancouver, Richmond, Coquitlam, and White Rock. Please note: this role requires working at different locations and buildings regularly.
